Thanks goldfish. ISX are challenging the markets of large and well established financial institutions i.e. banks, KYC, payments and trading platforms, also the well-established shorting and “dark pool” groups. I agree that the ASX BNPL businesses are taking market share away from Visa and the like however they don’t have patents and it will be quite easy for the likes of Visa to offer a similar service if and when they want. I do believe that some of the credit card businesses are working on this now. I don’t use the term conspiracy I just realise the potential ISX has to cause massive disruption and I do believe some of these well-established institutions would be doing all they can to protect their own markets.
