re: Ann: Requisition to Convene General Meeti... Understandably the Board is not happy about proposed Palace Coup d'état. If I was a shareholder I don't think I would be happy either with a minority (although large) Shareholder taking over the Board in such a manner as to have control and no way for them to be kept under check. Their shareholding should give them 40% of Board, i.e 2 out of 5 or 3 out of 7 Board positions not 66% and control.
