    re: Ann: Requisition to Convene General Meeti... Totally agree with you OzHearld. The other point is a Director of both parties would have a clear conflict of interest i.e. Ms Min as a director of AIV and ASF and get this is supposed to be Independent Director of AIV.

    Does this mean that ASF votes don't count in the 249d EGM?
