Makes the need to raise additional capital all the more urgent imo, and it would also help the current directors weaken the shareholders that requested the board spill through the dilution of their shareholdings that would occur with a cap raise. They could raise quickly under the 15% rule through sophs at 14 cents and raise $1M, that might keep the wolves from the door for a while at least.
