No biggie. Looks like there's been some grade smearing from using 4m composites (which is normal) so the grade of the lower grade material is artificially overstated and the grade of the higher grade material is artificially understated.
Much like infill drilling, the increased grade resolution means you get less tonnes above the cutoff grade because the lower grade material falls below the cutoff. This means less dilution of the material above the cutoff so the grade increases, so less tonnes at a higher grade but the metal content remains roughly the same.
