You could convert scenario 1) into 2) by spending your RAP cash on shares in the new parent company.

A near-term take-over would be a disaster for we holders.

@TerribleTadpole Hi mate I never stated in my question to @LJsilver that I wanted a takeover of RAP. I just stated that I believe it will happen at some stage whether we like it or not.
