The page you have posted literally inlcudes the links to studies which support their claims. It is the diference between clinical accuracy (a RAT administered in a clincal setting) vs a RAT undertaken at home. The challneges of administering a RAT at home are well known and reduce their accuracy. People doing them incorrecctly, not following the instructions, eating or drinking beforehand, not to mention trying to get a nasal swab off a child.
