RAP is a small team right now. And to conduct those trials, and to take care of business, RAP must have the manpower to see to them. Otherwise, like the debacle in the US, those hospital staff are not going to care because for them, it is just something they trial. So they won't care if they are doing it right or wrong. Haven't management learned that lesson yet? If this announcement says they are conducting this trial in one hospital, then I am more relaxed as that can be done. But so many in one go? Like I said, how big is the RAP team?
And once again, why did Sanofi not take up the option? They had a good go at RAP so why did not even bother to take up the option? After all, that was the time when this virus was spreading like our bush fire. Sanofi could be the first with an exclusive deal. But they throw that advantage away. Why?
Anyway, I have said my piece. Not here to argue or convince anybody. All I want now is that Coviu deal done next week when the deadline is up. That would go a long way to create a foundation for RAP. One step at a time is how I like it.
