There’s heaps of lessons of tiny companies going ballistic on announcements like this with global companies but the end result being both walking away. The most recent I that comes to mind is Fast Brick Robotics and Caterpillar. Many more of these types of agreements are signed than are actually executed on or followed through.
the share price will pop hard today and in the next week then drift down over the next few months - feel free to bookmmark this and check down the track

That may be true but how many of these were actually working directly with these companies and how many of them actually invited them to participate in specific programs that have the potential to transition the company from a startup to a major player?! . IMO not many! Sanofi's reach is far and wide...
