Kind of like an MOU as I read it, but seems more solid.
It also indicates that after this week of Creasphere Sanofi likes what they saw and now Resapp will have help adding to the products their involved in. A great validation of the technology again. Pleased to get an update like this after so much quiet, even if it's not the other ones we're waiting for it shows that the participation in Creasphere is already more than just a PR piece.
