The runway on RAPs delivery strategy is rapidly shortening. When the sentiment is many announcements lead towards management sticking their hands out for more capital, that's not a good look.
As a shareholder, it saddens me to agree with that line of thinking. These immaterial announcements won't get any more capital out of me until they start putting my existing money to work.
