I don't know this program specifically, but I'd be quite surprised if someone from RAP is actually there for 12 weeks. There'd be maybe a few meetings over the course of 12 weeks with a major event, maybe taking a couple of days, at the end. There'd be a lot of back and forth communication during the 12 weeks, video conferencing, emails, etc... imo, dyor, you know the drill...
