Just a hunch, any 'hedgies/instos' running 'algo/bots' will have negatively impacted the sell/downside, as the 'algo' scans ASX releases for 'key words' 'positive, strong, weak, negative, accuracy, etc' so I'd suggest a number of HFT and/or 'hedgies' couldn't intrepret the 'results' eg: positive/negative accuracy, etc, and couldn't 'contextualise' them in a way that made sense, and did what they're programmed to do...
I've seen it done previously, statements like '...a reduction in negative growth...' is actually a 'positive' statement, in context... As I understood it the 'negative accuracy' in context demonstrated that the RAP 'algo/app' can accurately diagnose 'positively (you have x condition) in X% of instances, and X% diagnosed 'negatively' (you don't have a condition).
Because this 'tech' hasn't got a precedent 'approval use-case' FDA has 'recommended' the positive/negative''comparison-rate spreads' as the 'primary' metric for further consideration...
Market has not understood this, and I suspect we'll see a significant 'correction' to 'price-discovery' today, once the 'call' has clearly 'contextualised' the results announcement...
