Initial thoughts on the number was a little disapointed that they weren't further down the recuiting track, however upon closer investigation, it seems as though there's been a recent ramp up with 91 in the last week up to 10 March.

During the 5 weeks that All the recruiting centres have been active (roughly from late Jan or Feb on-wards), I estimate an average of around 70 per week, Extrapolate that out over the coming 3 months (next 10 weeks) We have our target recruitment number full-filled.,

Remember this is an average that is much less than the 91 recruited in the most recent week !.

I see this being completed by mid year.
