If someone(s) wanting more lower or if they want to test before pushing SP higher they will move SP down and see if supply follows dropping it further and allowing cheaper shares.
Has been indicated there is a congestion area left on the charts about this level and if price tried pushing up and sellers still lurking then it may not go too far but if drop SP and no stops or sellers or weak hands fold then may be OK to push up.
Conversely if get big vol but a narrow spread bar then supply could be getting soaked as well.
