That table shows total for CDRH and if download the doc there are further tables drilling down into respective areas falling under the CDRH umbrella.
49 recd and those single digit ones are the breakdown of the 20 (5,7,8) which leaves 29 pending.
If u know which actual area / division RAP app falls under you can probs see how many of the 29 are in that area pending.
