Further to my earlier post today on pending decisions and comment re which division does the device fall under to drill down.
Thoughts on possibly one of the divisions ResApp may fall under is DAGRID (? could be wrong ?) and drilling down to their individual table reveals the following - only 2 out of the overall 29 CDRH pending fall under this division.
Obviously holders know more about the 150 day timeline and dates but even still the tables show "could" fall outside the 150 and even if didn't, would expect may take a couple days at least once FDA decision made to advise respective parties and then TH? GL.
