I don't believe so. If you look at the decision tree above the tables it shows Decision Pending N=29, meaning 29 to be decided on. I believe the table shows a series of subsets. Of 49 accepted de novos 20 have received MDUFA IV decisions, of which 5 were granted, 7 declined and 8 withdrawals.
