Nothing moves the share price while there is a takeover in play, unless it's a change in the bid.

Take a look at any other stock when a takeover bid is announced. The share price instantly moves to the takeover price as soon as the announcement breaks, and follows the bid until it's resolved.

The only thing that will move the ResApp share price above 14.5c is if the takeover price is amended again, or if it is cancelled.
