Pfizer have teams of highly paid, clever people with nice watches and European cars working on these acquisitions.
They would have to know and do know that a lot of the shareholders ie us...are not happy and will vote NO. Big fat NO.
So their acquisition as it stands is on shaky grounds...in fact all they'd have to do is log on to hot copper to figure that out.
They would have known this FDA approval was coming for sure. They would also know that's going to increase the likelihood of the NO vote getting up....
It just seems to me if theyre as clever as I think they are (maybe im wrong) they don't really expect the YES vote to get up...certainly not doing themselves any favours in this regard. This may well be their plan B and Plan A will kick in once Plan B is voted down. So as it stand Pfizers mates at the FDA have just given RAP a big tick and a pat on the head. Any mate of Pfizers a mate of ours. If there is a Plan A I'd love to know what it is. The BOD must know this as well...their heads and well and truly on the chopping block and the big ugly bald bloke is currently raising his axe. But once Plan A is revealed all will be forgiven and forgotten. Vote NO punters.
