RAP would maybe do well to consider leaving the corporate structure (sans BOD but give the worthy ones jobs) intact or in place in order to take the oz side of things forward into the future. They could leave the offer as is and toss us all some shares as a bonus (1:100 ?) if we ponied up cash to inject into the new ResAppHealth. So we could reinvest into our passion for RAP with the knowledge that serious weight and management ability and connections were behind it now.
Keep the offer and restructure the buyout and get us involved and get the train on the tracks to central station! IMHO just a thought as I like deals that are win win. This possibility seems like it has some legs...
