whilst it is a very welcome thought what you write, I have my doubt it is ligit for them to comment openly or talk to you about it ( NDA) neither will it actually happen without a mandate / or request from Resapp

so The very big question is has Resapp asked them to do that, ie to revise the IER ??

or is there even room, or time to make changes - we do note it is a DRAFT IER ?

I wish we had some answers here
