It doesn't matter what is announced. The share price is capped as long as the shadow of the Shemozzle of Acquiescence hangs over us. All we need is for the IE to say the proposed takeover is not in the best interest of shareholders. I pose a question. What if the IE said the takeover is not in the best interest of shareholders after a YES vote? Is there a precedent?
