I agree Sonny, the market will start taking notice once ResApp officially submits for CE mark - then the 45 days wait for approval.  
The European figures are huge - USD $3.1 bill in 2016, growing at 24.6% CAGR.  That's about USD $4.8 bill in 2018.  At roughly $50 USD per consult - that would be almost 100 mill Telehealth consults in 2018.   If a third to a half of these are for respiratory illnesses - that's a lot of potential ( as much as the USA ) .
And this quote from the same article...
"Germany is expected to dominate the European telehealth market due to the massive healthcare expenditure and paradigm shift towards more efficient continuous healthcare monitoring."  
We already have a German hospital wanting to trial the product - the market will eventually catch on .... IMO
