The shares will be issued under the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. Settlement of the Placement is expected to occur on 16 April 2021

I'm looking forward to purchasing shares at issue or below 5.8c price once the new shares hit the market. Happens every time. Just like their cap raises in the past.

So now they have 8mill in bank that's great. Id say this is the last roll of the dice for this mob. Most are fed up with the excuses. If Medgate doesn't deliver?? well you can work it out from there. I know it sounds rough but its true. This company has been mismanaged over the years and SH value destroyed. Also what's with the 6,000,000 options issued i mean a 6% fee isn't enough?? $330,000 fee not bad at IMO.
