    For a number of reasons.
    Mainly, it's live so discussions are in real time, it's non-moderated and it's a much easier. Don't get me wrong HC still has it's place! But if you're questioning a live Telegram comms group then question why do we have conference phone calls? Surly the information can be posted in a forum and responses given but they have their purpose.
