Just my opinion , but I think, if we can vote no and make the TO go away, the company should flog the covid diagnosis algo for all its worth. Resapp is a software company , and the algorithm can morph into diagnosing diseases we can’t even imagine right now. Covid is here to stay, for a while yet, and when the covid diagnosis algorithm is approved for use , it will make Resapp more money in the first year than dx will make in the next 10. Or something like that.
Hopefully the company will move more proactively in the future, when an opportunity like covid arises. That’s the reason Pfizer isn’t talking about dx. Its all about profit, and dx hasn’t exactly taken the world by storm. Yet. . But an instant Covid diagnosis on a smart phone will spread around the world like wildfire.
The company needs to move with the times , or just be a small cap that never quite got there.
