for me, the interest in Pfizer means that we hold tight, keep pushing forward and in the next 12 months if management can’t carry the company forward they get replaced. This is a billion dollar company when executed correctly.
As for the TO price on offer, Anything under the top end of the independent valuation is a rude slap in the face. IMO.
