Exactly!

One of the biggest lies being spun at the moment is the idea that any of these offers we have been presented are at a premium! It's manipulation of the truth and frankly rather disgusting that management is pushing this narrative to get the deal done.

The Expert's opinion is only what they believe to be fair value for the company, at this present moment. The three-tier valuations they have used (ie. approx. 14, 20, and 27 cents) are only different variations of what could be considered 'fair value'. As the market is a volatile environment and subjective, the expert has placed a price range on the company. What this means is that as of now, the way the company stands, anyone of those prices can be considered fair value for the business. What the market has, up until this point been willing to pay has and should have no bearing on this value and neither does the covid result.

Pfizer, with the support of the BOD are essentially offering us (as a result of failing to meet their set parameters for the Covid data) the absolute bare minimum that anyone with an "Expert' opinion could value this company at.

There is NO PREMIUM being offered here. Pfizer is aiming to take over Resapp for the absolute bare minimum possible. And they and the BOD want SH to believe this is a good deal!?

A premium for SH would clearly have to be above anything the expert outlined ie. above 27 c/ps (for me personally it still needs to be way higher to be tempted to sell).

The only way this can be considered a premium is if Pfizer were to be buying into a stake in the business on market, however, trying to purchase 100% of the business negates this and thus the idea of a premium can only be dismissed as a falsity!

I just hope that anyone out there who may read this and is feeling like they are getting the best possible deal because the management has said so has a deeper think and reconsiders how they intend to vote.

We won't be fooled or manipulated and we are going to make it extremely hard for you to get this deal through!
