You can vote online. There will be instructions in the scheme booklet. One thing you can do in the meantime is make sure you have your account set up with Automic: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home
There's a "Meetings" menu item at the left on your investment home screen. That's where the voting options will be placed once the meeting has been called and the scheme booklet sent out.
