It looks like I have been taken the wrong way and perhaps my language was a little strong for the point I was trying to make.

I am just suggesting that this new direction, that was going to cost a fair chunk of cash, must have originated from somewhere. Such as feedback from hospitals preferring a ruggedized device over a phone (if that was the case).

Perhaps RAP just wanted to open a new market as per the ANN you are referring to, but IMO that would be a bold move before revenue has been produced.
