Relying on a statistic quoted by a third party who are obviously going to advertise themselves well so they win the job and get paid for their services is not a good basis for an investment decision.

Are you seriously saying that this company wouldn't take resapps money if they didn't think it would succeed? To protect their reputation. Don't make me laugh - they'll just take the money and then invent a new statistic to sell themselves to the next mob.
