with fda rejection there will always be doubts in big telehealth companies to even touch it ... cuz this opens to legal implications , just my thought, as patient will use this excuse to say why was this app used on me when it got rejected by fda... worst of all if theres a wrong diagnosis . resapp should have never seeked fda approval first ...
