I keep reading this bit it in todays announcement:

I do not think TK would mention detailed discussions with (national) healthcare systems unless there was some strong chance something might get up.
On that front countries are scrambling for technology that can help save lives. RAP can do that.
If a related announcement is made on that front hold onto your seats.
PS. Those UK hospital evaluations are delayed until the covid19 pressure eases off a bit.
