Of course it was a joke and the market is treating it as such. After seven months they have a trading halt just to tell us who we are dealing with and that their trials are on going. Ha .. ha .. I can just see the market was getting so excited in the days before and after the announcement.
Seems they were just desperate for a trading halt to keep the HC chumps happy.
