TH is arguable as some will see unnecessary and I can somewhat agree and disagree but announcement is acceptable. Three major hospitals and one of the renowned NGO have associated their names with RAP and yet some still don't feel excited.
Think logically if RAP was your own business "how would you be feeling right now"..
