Am fairly sure that Bryce said at the AGM that JRV had been in discussions with multiple banks/lenders. And that some groups have said that JRV don't need to issue any further equity at all. They are very conscious of dilution moving forward. Bryce also confirmed that to me in person.
Will depend on whether they go down the conventional or non-conventional route. If senior lenders require excessive capital overrun facilities, they will look at the alternative lenders. "Not in the business of betting the company" I think were the words Bryce used - along with "it's financeable", unlike those projects requiring $500m-$1bn plus capex.
