I'm getting pretty sick of these debt deals. My trust in the co. has been lost but I would have loaned em a bit for 1%+ interest per month. Sure this is practically too difficult to arrange for retail/existing investors but there really seems know appreciation of what long (suffering) shareholders have funded/put up with.
Is paying 10%+ interest good business sense?
With the ability to almost give away 10-25% of the company in a current raise, I'm simply shocked that they can't find a medtech fund that wouldn't invest $5mil at $4/share for a massive stake in the co.
