I wonder if Brandon Capital Partners have been approached? They would likely prefer to get involved pre-listing but I'd be curious to hear their take on investing/passing. I would
have thought tipping in $5mil for 20% of the company and a board seat would be an ok bet for them.
Maybe then someone could keep the management team accountable and not just continue the endless cash burn...
