Completely disagree with your approach, It is ridiculous to issue 25% of the shares at current share price. Pre using R&D rebate is far more prudent. If you stake is so small that u don't mind the ridiculous dilution u suggested, then perhaps it is better not to keep talking down the company so u can exit your position at the least amount of loss, or u are just cutting of your nose to spite your face.
