Apologies for "talking down" the co.

I agree that the massive dilution is not the way forward, and I've said before strategic placements done at a premium years ago would have been my preference.

I think I've been diluted over 90% so what's another 20-25%... I'd cop that if it meant solid board representation that would hold management to account.

My point is that if the company is (still) messing around with loans circa $1mil then IMHO we still have some pretty massive issues.

I've said for a while funding till cashflow positive needs to be sorted out ASAP IMO. I know many don't agree with going it alone, that's fine each to their own, to me that simply means the lion's share of the value of this company will go to the partner/acquirer.

Those saying they wouldn't agree to a sale at say $15 per share today I wonder what your combined ownership stake represents today? I believe the future of the co. will be decided by SIO etc who have much lower costs per share and I'd hazard a guess they'd be happy with a 3x return on their investment.

I'll try to keep it positive going forward just difficult to get this bitter taste out of my mouth esp. after having trusted management so blindly (yes my mistake and big learnings there).

GLTAH, I really hope we see the SAVR, TAVR commercialised soon for the benefit of many many patients (and also shareholders).
