So is it reasonable to say that's even a bigger problem with this CEO as the ultimate responsibility lies with him? its not only he is paying himself handsomely but everyone around him. if the company is earning and he is paying everyone well that would be fair but most of the money seems to come from cap raise (shareholders?) - btw in return what the shareholders get in the last few years is significant dilution and almost >90% reduction in shear price. Of course the easy answer is I should sell and move on but that may not be a fair one..
