My understanding is that we can still proceed to development with 10,000tpa but the Capex will only get partial debt funding, the rest will need to be raised via equity. If we do indeed sign up another 10-20,000tpa we should be able to get debt funded for the whole thing. This will be massive in terms of avoiding huge amounts of dilution.
