Correct. Sometimes best of intentions don't work out as you expect. Clearly a few see today as some sort of deadline/due date as we keep hearing. Others hoped (in line with company announcements) that we'd see the Sojitz deal finalised by today as realists understood this was never a firm timeframe. Does it look like it will happen today - unlikely. If it doesn't the reality is we still work on the info they are trying to finalise the agreement until we are advised otherwise. If your own personal timeframes haven't been met then make your own investment decisions.
