Well it's a handy summary for those who want to get a quick insight into PLH.
Did PLH commission it?
We don't know (I think they did)
Is Hartley's PLH's broker? (I can't be bothered to look).
Either way it's a nice compilation of PLH's greatest hits, plus a bit of guff with a random ass price prediction tacked on.
But it is what it is.
There's no point us arguing about that.
I'd trust you retire50 over Hartley's any day of the week ^-^
