Can't say i'm worried. Even if the LOI comes to nothing and YXGC walk away there is plenty to smile about. TON have proven they have the largest known graphite resource in the world of a high quality that can produce a variety of valuable products. If the Chinese don't want to jump aboard that train someone else will. If nothing else, cooperation with YXGC has shown what TON could be in the not too distant future.

TON has solid management, a strategy for vertical integration and the resource to do it. Whether the company pings around at the current market cap for a while isn't really an issue for me and other long termers. This thing is just getting started.
