For mine, it all comes down to the obvious, pointed out on page 4:
So what we have here is, as I have always said: (1) a whimsical joint venture partner who could leave the company high and dry with little recourse; and, (2) A paper-deal with a company that doesn't amount to jack.
Yeah, wow, sounds like TON is totally worth AUD$400m to me... [note: sarcasm]
