Once Pen starts churning out U308 all and sundry will be looking at production figures, costs and offtake agreements.
Real figures and real profits will be the thing that gets this cracking along. Its all speculation up until that point.
If U308 is already looking up prior to those figures its a hell of alot better bet, especially coming off the bottom.
