long-term past PEN holders have experienced a roller-coaster of exhilaration followed by emotional deflation and that certainly wears on one. Investing is a very personal thing. There are many ways to make money on the stock market. Unfortunately there are usually many more ways to lose money, so one needs to be cautiously selective. But I waffle on, saying nothing that most people here don't already know.

On the positive side, we do know that PEN's share price responds dramatically with good news (run-up in spot, signs of Japanese restarts). I am determined not to get too depressed over what appear to be sluggishness in finalising finance. The old saying: "No news is good news." may just turn out to be right on this occasion. Certainly, given the delicacy of negotiations involving multiple entities, secrecy and confidentiality are very important - both for the success/integrity of the negotiations and to prevent the stock market hares from running in all directions. Of course, some entities may take advantage of the uncertainties and general nervousness by pushing the share price down on light volume, but the quality of PEN's assets and achievements must count for something.

But in the end, we make our own decisions.
