I expect it will make PEN vulnerable to a T/O through 2015 once they are a producer.
Whilst that is attractive in some respects it will also no doubt be at a point well South of value expectation.
My hope is the large % top 20 holding will have the vision to hold another couple of years to assist in realising the full benefit.
